St. Patrick's Day Weekend!!!

 The Table is set for our family Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner.   My friend, Marlene Hoffert, from Phoenix arrived on the 12th to spend the weekend with us.  We worked all week making food for the parties and was a big help with a quilting project. 
 I found a clover punch and made this appetizer of cucumber slices, herb cheese and spinach clovers.
 More appetizers:  The plate on the right has spinach tortillas cut 
into shamrocks and baked into chips for the dips.  
Notice my centerpiece.  It is a leprechaun hat made from a clay pot and saucer.   
 Deviled eggs with viola flowers.  Everything was yummy. 
 Favors were Shamrock refrigerator magnets.  
 We are enjoying our St. Patrick's Day dinner. 
Friday we took Sam and Jack along with Theresa and Marlene to the Irish Rover for lunch.  It was "the wearin' of the green" weekend.  So much fun!

  1. Ahhhh, everything looks great!! The food looks amazing, i'm sure it was delicious. Tell everyone next year they need to wear green.....
